Vetegrity was founded in 2007 to provide top-notch solutions and consulting to the Federal Government focused on the Intelligence Community, Department of Defense and Federal Law Enforcement.

Mark Feffer

Mark Feffer - President

Mark has been in the field of Federal Government professional services and operations for almost 2 decades since leaving active Naval service in 1991 after Operation Desert Storm. Over that time, he has held a variety of BD and Operations positions around the Washington D.C. area. After returning from deployment to Afghanistan with the Navy Reserves in 2006, Mark was determined to start his own firm to deliver world-class solutions to the Federal Government cost effectively and with the highest level of integrity. Mark is a graduate of the U.S. Naval Academy Class of 1986, and lives in Annapolis, MD with his wife and their dogs, one of whom was his unit mascot and companion during his tour of duty in Afghanistan.

Ken Foxton

Kenneth Foxton - CEO

As a principal of Vetegrity, Mr. Ken Foxton serves as the Chief Executive Officer and leads the executive management team. In this role he provides Vetegrity's strategic direction and overseas the day-to-day operations. With over 30 years of IC/DoD/Federal service holding numerous senior leadership positions, Ken brings a depth of experience in Information Technology, Cyber, and Intel Analysis. Prior to joining Vetegrity, Mr. Foxton created success in organizations such as Honeywell (BFEC), Camber, and New Horizons to name a few. His Strategic Planning and Business Development experience has helped put those and other companies on the leading edge - while his financial expertise insures profitability and the capacity to invest in the future.
Mr. Foxton earned a BS in Business and Information Systems from the University of Maryland, and an MBA in Finance and Economics from Chapman University. He serves on the United States Naval Academy (USNA) Council for Annual Giving and is a Life member of the USNA Alumni Association. He is also a member of AFCEA's Central Maryland Chapter, INSA, and Naval Intelligence Professionals. He and his wife Julie reside in Columbia, Maryland and enjoy traveling the world to visit their 3 children, who are serving in the US Navy and Marine Corps.
