A retired U.S. Navy flag officer, he brings expertise from senior intelligence roles including Director for Intelligence at U.S. Indo-Pacific Command and Deputy Director of Tailored Access Operations at the National Security Agency. His industry leadership spans Northrop Grumman and Amazon Web Services, and he serves on multiple advisory boards including the Fort Meade Alliance and George Mason University’s C5I Center.
