System Engineering and Technical Assistance (SETA)

  • System Engineering: functioning as the primary customer liaison and advocate between mission/operational customers and technical/IT teams delivering detailed technical requirements from mission/operational needs, ensuring successful solution delivery. 
  • Owner's Representative: for large-scale data center design and construction initiatives. Performing analysis of alternatives (AoA) including performing independent cost estimates (ICE) and design alternatives for selecting the best course of action (i.e. moves, renovations, or new construction.) 
  • Acquisition Support: delivers a variety of senior-level services in support of government acquisitions for the preparation and review of acquisition documents including performance work statements (PWS)/statement of work (SOW) reviews, assisting with market research, and ensuring adequate competition. 

Data Centers

  • Engineering: providing computer-aided design (CAD) and engineering services for the construction and renovation of data centers (i.e. electrical, mechanical, civil, and architectural disciplines.)
  • Operations Management: managing the movement of personnel and/or equipment into and out of controlled data center environments. Performing property management, power/space/cooling oversight, and access control coordination. 

Information Technology (IT)

  • IT/Engineering services in support of interagency web-based collaboration platforms.
  • Enabling technologies in support of SETA and Data Center core competencies including facilities and space management solutions (Maximo, Archibus, BUILDER™ Sustainment Management System (SMS), and ArcGIS.
  • Data science and analysis for data driven decisions (PowerBI and Tableau.)
