She joined Vetegrity following a strategic acquisition and quickly established herself as a trusted advisor to leadership and a champion of candidate quality and experience.
KaTanya oversees the entire recruit-to-hire process—from sourcing and screening to clearance coordination, onboarding, and retention strategy. She collaborates closely with customers to understand performance environments and technical requirements, ensuring that Vetegrity presents only the most qualified, vetted candidates for every opportunity. Her network of cleared professionals, veterans, and diverse talent is one of the most robust in the region.
Known for her rigor, precision, and empathy, KaTanya has built a reputation for high retention and lasting client satisfaction. Education and Community Involvement:
KaTanya began her academic journey at Morgan State University and earned an Associate of Arts degree before obtaining a certification in Federal Government Contracting from the American Management Association. She has been active in professional organizations such as AFCEA and brings that same spirit of engagement to her personal life. Outside of work, KaTanya is passionate about family, food, and creative pursuits. A skilled home chef and seasoned real estate investor, she enjoys spending time with her husband, cooking for loved ones, and transforming properties through hands-on renovation projects in the Baltimore area.
