From the beginning, grit has been more than a buzzword for us—it’s built into our name. It shows up in how we tackle complex contracts, how we support one another, and how we solve problems that matter. We’ve grown from a small, agile team to a trusted strategic leader, taking on larger, more complex missions with the same focus on precision, performance, and people.
Today, we’re charting a bold path forward.
That means expanding into new capability areas, growing our teams in places like Denver and Maryland, and continuing to invest in the next generation of professionals at the forefront of emerging technology. As we grow, we stay grounded in what got us here: integrity, clarity, and care for our people.
Our Vision
To be the most trusted small business partner in national security—known for precision execution, relentless teamwork, and a culture that values both mission and people.
Our Values
- Integrity – We do what’s right, even when no one’s watching.
- Quality – Every task is mission-critical. Excellence isn’t optional.
- Efficiency – We move with purpose and deliver with speed.
- People First – Our employees are the engine. Their success powers ours.
