The Vetegrity Story

Vetegrity—short for Veteran Integrity—was founded on a simple idea: that service, discipline, and trust don’t end with the uniform. As a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), we’ve spent over 15 years delivering mission-critical engineering, IT, and cyber solutions across the Intelligence Community, Department of Defense, and Federal Government.

From the beginning, grit has been more than a buzzword for us—it’s built into our name. It shows up in how we tackle complex contracts, how we support one another, and how we solve problems that matter. We’ve grown from a small, agile team to a trusted strategic leader, taking on larger, more complex missions with the same focus on precision, performance, and people.

Today, we’re charting a bold path forward.

That means expanding into new capability areas, growing our teams in places like Denver and Maryland, and continuing to invest in the next generation of professionals at the forefront of emerging technology. As we grow, we stay grounded in what got us here: integrity, clarity, and care for our people.
