As Chief Strategy Officer, Sean Keller leads Vetegrity’s growth strategies, including business development, capture, and long-term strategic initiatives. A seasoned entrepreneur, M&A advisor, and board member, Sean brings a unique blend of operational insight and executive leadership to help propel Vetegrity into its next era.
With a track record spanning startups to mature enterprises, Sean has advised organizations on scaling value, optimizing operations, and navigating complex M&A transactions. He’s held numerous C-suite roles and board positions across the public and private sectors. At Vetegrity, Sean’s leadership continues to sharpen our mission focus and employee-first culture.
A retired Air Force Reserve Intelligence Officer, Sean currently serves as Chairman of the Howard County Commission for Veterans and Military Families. His affiliations include AFCEA, VFW, DAV, the American Legion, the Air Force Association, and the National Guard Association. He previously chaired the Board of Trustees for Howard Community College and its Educational Foundation and serves on the Basilica of the Assumption Historic Trust.
Education & Community Involvement:
Sean holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Maryland, College Park, and a master’s degree from The Johns Hopkins University Carey Business School. He is also a graduate of the Defense Acquisition University (in-residence). In addition to his professional work, Sean serves as a Roman Catholic Deacon for the Archdiocese of Baltimore. He and his wife, Sheri—a retired Special Educator—live in Maryland and have two adult daughters.
