Mark Feffer is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Vetegrity. With over 25 years of experience in federal government contracting, Mark brings deep technical knowledge and leadership to the company’s mission and growth. He drives Vetegrity’s business development strategy and ensures our solutions remain efficient, cost-effective, and integrity-driven.
A former U.S. Navy engineer who served on a nuclear-powered aircraft carrier, Mark transitioned from active duty in 1991 following Operation Desert Storm. After a later deployment to Afghanistan in 2006 with the Navy Reserves, he launched Vetegrity—driven by a desire to deliver world-class government solutions backed by a commitment to veteran values.
Education & Certifications:
Mark holds a B.S. in Computer Science from the U.S. Naval Academy. He is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and Certified ScrumMaster (CSM). He completed the Entrepreneurial Bootcamp for Veterans with Disabilities at Syracuse University’s Whitman School of Management and was part of the inaugural class of the Montgomery County Chamber of Commerce’s Veteran Institute for Procurement (VIP). Mark lives in Annapolis, Maryland, with his wife Alice and their dogs, and enjoys spending time outdoors and on the water.
