Pit Stop: With Sean Keller

The Pit Stop is your chance to gain expert perspectives from our teams on the track! Today, hear from CSO Sean Keller on maintaining focus, impact, and integrity.

Sean Keller 1How does this leadership evolution strengthen Vetegrity’s strategic approach?

This is about getting the car race-ready for the next circuit. As we grow, we need tighter coordination between strategy and execution so we can take corners faster and hit the straights with confidence. This evolution gives our teams clearer lanes, stronger ownership, and the ability to accelerate on opportunities—without losing grip on the mission. It’s how we position ourselves not just to compete, but to run at the front of the pack.

What’s your continuity focus during organizational change?

Even during a pit stop, the race doesn’t stop. Our focus is making sure this transition is fast, smooth, and precise. For our customers, that means no drop in performance—same responsiveness, same reliability. For our team, it means clear communication and trust in each other’s roles. We’ve got a strong crew, and if we stay grounded in our values, this is just a quick stop before getting back up to speed.

Is there a secret to scalability in an extremely technical environment?

You don’t win races by just hitting the gas—you win with the right balance of speed, control, and precision. Scalability comes from building systems that keep us consistent, while trusting our technical leaders to make real-time decisions on the track. When you combine disciplined processes with true ownership, you create a team that can handle higher speeds without losing performance.

What opportunities does this structure open for customers and partners?

This structure moves us into a stronger starting position. We’re better equipped to lead as a prime, take on more complex missions, and build deeper, more strategic partnerships. For customers, it means more innovation and consistent delivery. For partners, it means joining a team that’s aligned, accountable, and ready to push for podium finishes—together.

What message would you share with the team as we enter this next chapter?

We’re not here to just stay in the race—we’re here to win it. Every one of you is part of this team, and every role matters. Own your lane, stay responsive, back up your teammates, and keep the mission front and center. If we do that, we won’t just keep pace—we’ll take pole position and set the standard for everyone else.

When you’re not driving strategy at Vetegrity, what are you up to?

Well, if you couldn’t tell from the countless racing metaphors in this interview, I am kind of an F1 fanatic. I’ve been following the seasons pretty closely the last few years and really enjoy getting into the mechanics of the teams, cars, and crews. Plus I love to see teamwork and precision in action. On a (slightly) slower pace, I recently picked up a dark green 1998 Land Rover Defender which I am slowly upgrading and restoring. When I’m not scouring eBay for the right parts for it I also run an Instagram account called @hatcheckdude where I feature a different hat each day from my fairly expansive collection of baseball hats.
