Vetegrity Announces Leadership and Operational Transition

Founder Mark Feffer moves into strategic advisory role as COO Neal Frick assumes expanded responsibility for day-to-day operations

vetegrity leadershipsVetegrity has announced a planned leadership and operational transition designed to build on the company’s strong foundation while positioning the organization for its next chapter.

Effective September 21, 2026, Vetegrity founder Mark Feffer has transitioned from his day-to-day executive responsibilities into an advisory role with the company. Feffer remains an owner of Vetegrity and will continue to provide strategic guidance on technical, business, and transition priorities.

“Mark has been central to nearly every aspect of Vetegrity for the past 19 years,” said Tina Kuhn, CEO of Vetegrity. “His leadership, technical experience, commitment to our people, and willingness to tackle the difficult challenges behind the scenes have helped make Vetegrity what it is today. We are incredibly grateful for everything he has built, and I’m pleased that we will continue to benefit from his experience and judgment.”

Throughout his tenure, Feffer helped grow Vetegrity’s technical capabilities and program operations while building lasting customer relationships and mentoring employees across the organization. His transition to an advisory role allows him to remain connected to the company he founded while stepping away from its daily executive operations.

As part of the transition, Chief Operating Officer Neal Frick will assume expanded responsibility for Vetegrity’s day-to-day operations, including program execution, delivery oversight, and customer program relationships. Frick will focus on supporting Vetegrity’s teams, protecting the quality of delivery, and ensuring employees have the resources and timely decisions they need to succeed.

“This transition reflects not only what Mark has built, but the strength of the organization and leadership team that has grown around that foundation,” Kuhn added. “We have tremendous confidence in Neal as he takes on these expanded responsibilities, and we’re excited about where Vetegrity goes from here.”

The transition represents an important step in Vetegrity’s continued evolution, allowing the company to preserve the experience and perspective that helped shape its first 19 years while strengthening the leadership structure that will guide its future.
