Vetegrity Establishes Board of Advisors

Ellicott City, MD — July 7, 2025— Vetegrity, a mission-driven, veteran-owned company dedicated to supporting the federal government, proudly announces the appointment of Rear Admiral (ret.) Will Metts, Paul Gentile, Charlie Bobbish, and Colonel (ret.) Kevin Preston to its Board of Advisors.

This board enhances Vetegrity’s strategic depth and reinforces its commitment to excellence in national defense, cyber capabilities, and veteran advocacy.

Rear Admiral (ret.) Will Metts is Founder and CEO of Metts Consulting Enterprise LLC. A retired U.S. Navy flag officer, he brings expertise from senior intelligence roles includi ng Director for Intelligence at U.S. Indo-Pacific Command and Deputy Director of Tailored Access Operations at the National Security Agency. His industry leadership spans Northrop Grumman and Amazon Web Services, and he serves on multiple advisory boards including the Fort Meade Alliance and George Mason University’s C5I Center.

Mr. Paul Gentile, a veteran executive in the defense and intelligence sector, is a strategic consultant and former Senior Vice President at ManTech and SAIC. He has led cyber and intelligence business units supporting the Department of Defense and other national security missions, with portfolios exceeding $1.3B in revenue. His experience includes M&A, capture strategy, and technical leadership across top defense contractors.

Mr. Charlie Bobbish is a seasoned entrepreneur and partner at Peloton Strategies Group, which he co-founded to advise growth-focused companies. As founder and former CEO of CMX Technologies, he led the company to sustained growth before its successful acquisition. Bobbish has supported multiple intelligence community agencies and holds over 4,000 hours of flight time as a certified airline transport pilot and FAA safety volunteer.

Colonel (ret.) Kevin Preston served 28 years in the U.S. Army, holding senior roles including G-9 Vice President of Soldier, Family, and Veterans Affairs and G-1 Vice President of Human Resources. His distinguished military career includes global assignments and leadership in recruiting, development, and international defense relations. A recognized advocate for veteran employment, Preston continues to champion veteran empowerment through thought leadership and public speaking.
