Vetegrity, a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business delivering engineering and IT services to the Department of Defense and Intelligence Community, today announced a strategic leadership evolution designed to position the company for its next phase of growth.
Founder Mark Feffer will transition into the role of Chief Technology Officer, focusing on advancing Vetegrity’s technical strategy, innovation pathway, and mission-aligned solutions. Tina Kuhn will assume the role of Chief Executive Officer, guiding the company’s operational scale, growth strategy, and long-term enterprise development.
This evolution reflects Vetegrity’s continued expansion and its commitment to strengthening its technical depth while scaling responsibly in a rapidly evolving defense and cybersecurity landscape.
“Technology is the core of where our mission is headed,” said Mark Feffer. “Moving into the CTO role allows me to concentrate fully on advancing our technical capabilities and ensuring we remain innovative, efficient, and aligned with the needs of the agencies we support. The opportunity to shift an experienced CEO into the role is both timely and energizing. This change allows me to sharpen our focus and prepare Vetegrity for our future with active, accountable, and fully engaged leadership.”
Tina Kuhn brings decades of executive leadership experience across the federal contracting and cybersecurity sectors. She has held senior leadership roles at CyberCore Technologies, Proximas Group, Sotera Defense, Northrop Grumman, General Dynamics, and SAIC. Her track record includes scaling business operations, leading complex growth strategies, and driving enterprise transformation across mission-critical organizations.
“Vetegrity has built a strong foundation rooted in integrity and technical excellence,” said Kuhn. “This next chapter is about disciplined growth, strengthening our enterprise capabilities, and ensuring we continue delivering high-performance outcomes for our customers and opportunities for our team.”
Since its founding in 2008, Vetegrity has supported national defense missions through systems engineering, data center design and operations, engineering services, and IT and cyber support. The company’s leadership evolution underscores its commitment to positioning technology at the center of future growth while maintaining a people-first culture rooted in veteran integrity.
